This web site is designed to help you, the customer, understand the installation process.While we would all like to expect a professional installation when we buy something, that is not always the case. Like every industry, there are those installers who fail to meet proper installation standards. They may be over booked, lazy, underpaid, poorly trained and far to often all of the above.

With your satellite system purchase, you will receive a FREE basic or standard installation. The details of that installation can be found here. A Standard Installation does not cover every possible situation. There are limitations. Please view our "What is not included?", section to learn about a Standard Installation and any additional installation charges you may be responsible to pay.

For worker safety, many companies have adopted cable routing and worker safety policies. Most technicians work hard for your trust, however placing a satellite dish in that ideal location so no one can see it, is not worth falling from a roof top. Please consider the safety of your technician when discussing with them, where, and how to install your satellite dish, and cable.
